I usually use it as part of my double cleansing routine, especially when I wear heavy sunscreen in the day. I haven't tried using the cleanser with a "clean" face but I do notice that once I wash off the oil with a face full of sunscreen, the water ends up milky white, so I assume it's the sunscreen being washed off haha I've been using this along with a cleanser and other Beauty of Joseon products and my face feels very plump, clean, and healthy <3
