Broken Guasha

I had to return mine since I received a broken Guasha. I already contacted Althea’s customer service about this and is currently coordinating with them on having it replaced. So I haven’t tried this yet. The reason why I gave product quality only 2 is because the Guasha is easily broken and it is a bit expensive under the regular price. Hopefully all goes well with the return process.
